Lucy’s Story

Hi!

You are probably wandering why we’ve decided to create a page entitled Lucy’s Story. Well, that’s a great question. Sometimes we run into various challenges and we aren’t sure what to do or if there is even hope that something different can be expected. We’re here to let you know that something different is possible and to show you the ups, downs, twists and turns that this journey takes us.

This page is a compilation of Lucy’s journey with autism from the viewpoint of multiple people.  We hope you find some hope and maybe a few laughs along the way.

Today 1 in 36 children is affected by autism. One of the things that most parents are hear when they get this diagnosis is that there is no hope. There is only management of the diagnosis. We’re here today, to show you that change is possible.

Please be aware that everyone’s journey is different as well as their outcomes. With enough persistence, things can change and lives can be better.  When you are ready to do something different, please call 314-529-1754 to schedule your appointment.

Yours in health,
Dr. Sarah
